At Growing Sideways Therapy, I believe that growth happens best in spaces that feel safe, warm, and personal. That’s why our therapy office is intentionally designed to feel more like a living room than a clinical office. There’s no desk, no formal therapist chair. Rather, the space is an inviting, shared place where you're encouraged to settle in and make yourself at home. When you arrive, you’re welcome to help yourself to a cup of tea or water. From there, you can choose a spot that feels right for you—whether that's the cozy couch or one of our comfortable chairs. If you’re feeling cold or simply want to feel more at ease, we always have soft blankets available.
The space is yours for the hour, and we hope it feels like a safe corner of the world where you can breathe, reflect, and be fully yourself. We’ve designed every detail with care, not to impress, but to invite—so that each session feels less like an appointment and more like a pause in your day that truly belongs to you.
